In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 999r website, mobile applications, and all associated services accessible at 999r.io and any related sub-domains.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who registers an account on or accesses the 999r platform.
• "Account" means the unique registered profile created by a Player on the 999r platform.
• "Balance" means the total BDT funds held in a Player's account, including both real-money funds and any bonus funds where applicable.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their account from a verified personal payment method, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds credited to a Player's account pursuant to a specific offer, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of bets a Player must place using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x).
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.
• "Payment Methods" means the local Bangladeshi mobile financial services and banking channels accepted by 999r, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and supported commercial bank accounts.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party software studio whose games are hosted on the 999r platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning assigned to it in Section 9 of these Terms.
• "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, being the date from which this version of the Terms applies.

By completing the registration process, logging into your 999r account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting market on the platform, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms apply to all Players accessing the 999r platform from Bangladesh, whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any native application made available by 999r. They supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and 999r regarding the subject matter herein.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the 999r platform. Players aged under 21 are strictly prohibited from accessing or using any service on this platform. 999r reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close accounts where the age requirement cannot be satisfied.

The 999r platform is designed for use by players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in your specific location. 999r makes no representation that the platform is available or appropriate for use in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

To register an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number linked to your primary payment method. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the 999r platform at any given time. Where 999r identifies that a Player holds multiple accounts — whether registered under the same or different personal details — all associated accounts may be suspended, and any balances held therein may be forfeited pending investigation.

999r operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players may be required to submit identity documents — including a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — before deposits above certain thresholds are permitted, before withdrawals are processed, or at any time at 999r's discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 999r strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available to all registered accounts at no additional cost.

You agree to notify 999r immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any security breach affecting your credentials. 999r will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials.

999r reserves the right to temporarily lock or suspend an account where it detects unusual login activity, multiple failed login attempts, or other indicators of potential account compromise, for the purpose of protecting the Player's balance and personal data.

999r accepts deposits exclusively through the following verified Bangladeshi payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 999r does not accept deposits from payment methods registered in the name of a third party.

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status. 999r reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 999r account balance within a few minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be reflected. 999r is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on the 999r platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 999r does not process transactions in any foreign currency and does not apply currency conversion. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own bank or mobile financial service provider.

Withdrawals from a 999r account are available only to Players who have completed the KYC identity verification process. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit. 999r does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, bank accounts registered in another person's name, or payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the same account.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the same Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business day for verified accounts. In cases where additional security or compliance checks are required, processing may take up to three (3) business days. 999r will notify the Player by the contact details on file if an extended processing period is required.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum single withdrawal and daily withdrawal limits depend on your account verification tier. Standard verified accounts are eligible for withdrawals of up to ৳200,000 per day. Higher limits may be available for accounts with enhanced verification status, subject to 999r's discretion.

Bonus funds credited to your account cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion have been met in full using the bonus balance. Once wagering requirements are satisfied, any remaining bonus-derived balance converts to real-money balance and becomes eligible for withdrawal subject to the limits in clause 6.3.

999r offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and special event promotions tied to occasions such as BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be displayed at the time the offer is presented.

The following general conditions apply to all promotions offered by 999r unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms. Typical wagering requirements range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino tables and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms.
• 999r reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, change its terms, or cancel a Player's participation in a promotion if there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of a technical error, or breach of these Terms.
• Players who do not wish to accept a bonus should decline it at the time of the offer and contact support to ensure the bonus is not applied to their account.

All bets placed on the 999r platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their bets before submission. 999r will not reverse or amend a confirmed bet on the grounds of player error. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.

Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are subject to 999r's published sports betting rules. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to 999r's event-specific settlement rules as published at the time of the market going live.

Casino games hosted on the 999r platform are provided by licensed third-party Game Providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own rules as determined by the respective Game Provider. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the Game Provider and is independent of 999r.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure during a game or betting session, 999r reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players. 999r shall not be liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999r platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age, or assisting a minor to access the platform.
• Registering more than one account, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the 999r platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software or technology underlying the 999r platform.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other means to disguise your geographic location.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards 999r staff or other players.

All content on the 999r platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the property of 999r or its licensed Game Providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of 999r or the relevant rights holder.

The 999r brand name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary to 999r. You are not granted any licence or right to use any 999r mark in any way without express written permission. Game content, including graphics and audio from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other Game Providers, is the exclusive property of those respective providers.

999r collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

999r's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their 999r account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

999r does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While 999r takes reasonable technical measures to ensure platform availability and security, Players access the platform at their own risk.

999r reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months; or at 999r's sole discretion where continued operation of the account is deemed contrary to the interests of the platform or its players.

A Player may close their account at any time by contacting 999r customer support at [email protected]. Upon closure of an account in good standing, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Bangladesh. Any dispute arising between you and 999r in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any service provided thereon shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

999r and the Player agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting 999r support in the first instance. Where informal resolution is not possible within thirty (30) days of a written complaint being submitted to 999r, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.

999r reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 999r will endeavour to notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. For non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required by law — changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at /terms-conditions. Your continued use of the 999r platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the amended Terms take effect.
